v0.4.11 - New borders, last starter deck and many more!

New features:
- New card border!
- New starter deck - Blaze.
- 10 new blaze cards.
- New Traverser - Phyrnir, Lord of Flames (Blaze)
- More information on cards.
- All the cards are unlocked on start.
- Haste keyword
- Revamped the backend save system, starting with this version, all the created decks will persist between versions!
Balance:
- Mana level equals now only max mana, not like previously to the current available mana.
- "Wakes up" now does not remove summoning sickness.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed issue with recovering health over maxed trigger health gained abilities.
- Fixed in multiple places showcase of rich tags like <sprite> etc.
- Fixed with issue that sometimes server skips the phases even if you can still activate an ability.
- Fixed the card description was truncated when showcasing a character card.
Other:
- Updated the wording on some of the cards.
